If they give you ftp it's easy. I'd just read the sourcemod documentation beforehand so you know some of the jargon.

Can someone show me how the levels would be set up?
I've never really had the need for custom admin levels only groups.

Private channel for res slot user, like admin chat but only visable to res slot users. Kinda like a community channel.

Any chance this could also be modified so that it could run from a (database/config) file rather than a sql database or sqlite, as my server does not run one?

Lite dosn't require any configuration past editing the database.cfg as explained on the first post

Yes but how do I set up the levels? Can you show like a copy paste of it? I never have ran into a reason to use it.
