Download was working fine for me, anyway, I post it here as an attachment.
(Removed .amxx files, you need to compile it by yourself.)

but it shows me a message when i join the server

cannot find models/player/adv-sick/adv-sick.mdl from server

i put it correctly

i dont want this model to run how to fix ?
