[Solved] Is this code functional/correct ?

Hello, I am running this code from a public function with 2 arguments ( one of which is unlisted/useless in this question, and the other one 'pid[]' ). I want to set bool to true for a player, or well, the passed value pid, but that failed to compile. Tried this code but dunno if done correctly :

            new id = get_user_index(pid)

            if(equal(txt,pid)) isVIP[id]=true

Show more code. Instead of answering your question as you asked, it would be best to show the root of the problem you are trying to solve. There may be a better way.

Never mind actually, It was my mistake (forgot to register plugin in plugins.ini config).
