I thought when you typed this is made people download these models before joining:

public plugin_precache()   
{    
    precache_model("models/v_ak47.mdl")
    precache_model("models/p_ak47.mdl")
}

but no one downloads them before they join it just tells them they can't play because they don't have the model, is there a comand that makes people download the models?

Make sure the models are in the right place in your server.

I use dedicated server and they are in dedicated server\cstrike\models directory

That is how you make them download models. the problem is that they already have those models so it wont download them.

but I joined the server and I do not have the files in my counter-strike models and I didnt download anything

It won't download cuz the files allready exists in the .gcf file.

Which is what I said.
change the files on the server and in the plugin to something like
models/myserver/v_ak47.mdl
And then you will download them.

this clearly means he didnt understand it... so i expanded the explanation ( great hawk giving me -k for that... really shows what kinda IQ level u're at... )
