in zp_extra_item_selected, you are setting what all players have grenade, thats wrong
also you playing sound to all players

You don't need to check task_exists, just directly remove task

You don't have zombieplague.inc file.Go here http://webcomp.ak-team.com/index.php and you can compile it.

I've tested it several times - it werk everytime.

Hmm i tested now and if i throw grenade, grenade is without effect ... if i test 10 minutes ago, grenade have effect, if i test now, grenade without effect ... heh i dont understand
