Can't install SourceMM

Hi,i'm trying to install SourceMM,but everytime I change the gameinfo.txt,it's restored,even if the file is marked as read-only.I've installed it before,and it worked normally,but i formated my pc,and it doesn't work anymore.Does anybody know what is the problem?

If you're using CS:S/DoD, use the hl2launch tool that the MM:S installer generates.

If you're not, or you would like to beta test an alternate loader we're working on, please PM me.

I'm using CSS,but i was installing manualy,i'll just use the installer then.
