It depends on how you register commands with that other IRC plugin, but !bot.msg just calls PrintToChatAll. It's defined in ircrelay-chat.sp.

Does this work with CSGO? I'm currently using SourceIRC but it has a lot of bugs and AUTH does not seam to work. This plugin basically have the same features, right? Maybe more features?

So.... after getting this all setup and working on my servers it magically stopped working when I got home from a coffee shop. Annoyed I redid all the configs a bunch of times trying to get it working again. Only to find out that there is a limitation in the plugin. Dun Dun Dun IPv6. It seems that if you connect to your IRC server via IPv6 no commands can be executed to the aliases. Chat is still relayed to IRC, but you can't use any commands until you reconnect on an IPv4 only connection.

As part of the debugging process I realized that the message is received by the plugin if you are on an IPv6 connection, but it doesn't seem capable of processing a response afterwards.
