Some changes:

• Added translations (en/es/pt/ru).
• Player now is becoming B&W on screen.
• Added forced stop to heartbeat sound on medkit heal / idle.
• Renamed the plugin to l4d_selfhelp (cfg file still is the default, "l4d_selfhelp_en").
• Changed the version to 1.0.1m.
  (m -> Mart) since there is a lot of different ones in this thread, with even more features.

I fixed the translation phrase file, thanks for the report.

About the others topics,

1) For me the heartbeat sound plays, but I can force the sound either.

2) I added "translation" only to the main topic version.
The bot self-help version was made by kxsorg in a previous post.

So I'm gonna release a second version in some days using the kxsorg version. I post here again when availiable.

Here goes the merged version.

In other words: Translation + my fixes + kxsorg version supporting bots (with cvar to disable).

Notes:

• Still has the B&W sound bug sometimes.
• the .cfg file was renamed to "l4d_selfhelp" like the plugin .sp / .smx file.
• the check for the bots to use selfhelp was decreased to 0 (previous value is 99), so bots can use selfhelp more often.
