Roll the dice Problem

Alright so apparently Roll The Dice is screwed up or something because I will try and install

but it will not work in game i write in game "rtd" and it doesn't come up can anyone else help me on how exactly to install it do you need to like turn it on some where...

just do a map change. Or restart teh server if that doesn't do it.
Make sure you have the latest one its in your
addons/sourcemod/plugins folder

Yeah i have restarted the server and everything and still nothing comes up and only thing i see in there is zmdice.smx or something

Try to use one of the snapshots. Most of the plugins out there work better on 1.0.4 or 1.1 branches. So give it a try later and a garanty you that it will all work perfectly again.

What exactly does a snapshot do?

I did the snapshot thing for sourcemod and now sourcemod won't load i get this error

I have even downloaded that file off the internet and it still hasn't work PLEASE someone help!
