I use csstats_rank 0 and get the steamid file csstasts.dat.
csstats_rank 1 use a name becomes equal to steamid.

if ( csstats_rank 0){ authid == Player Name )
if ( csstats_rank 1){ authid == steamid )

This is really annoying me, and I wonder if this is a bug?

have to get the steamid of the player, and wanted to leave
my server with rank by name.
because several players use the same steam account.

someone could give me a help, I have spent hours behind me wearing it.

Extract the file to Windows\System32

If you still get an error, try in command console:
Regsvr32 /s MSCOMCTL.OCX
