INTRO
Hello, I'm new to SourceMod Scripting and It seems all so strange compared to EventScripts. I thought I would start out with something simple so i made this.

DESCRIPTION
This very simple plugin removes everybody's weapons (and money) and gives them a FlashBang and 1 hp. Whenever their FB detonates, they get a new one. Also Included is the option (on by default) to make it so that the flashbangs don't blind. Simply making them projectiles.

CONSOLE VARIABLES
flashwars_enable - Set to 1 To turn plugin on. 0 to Turn plugin off. [Def 1]
flashwars_flash - Set To 1 For Flash Or 0 For No Flash [Def 1] (Only if flashwars_enable = 1)

* Umm... Nothing at the moment.

Added notices and a round restart when flashwars_enable changes.

UPDATED! (Version 1.1)
Now restarts the round and sends messages to everybody when flashwars_enable is toggled on or off.

I don't know what else it could possibly have to be more awesome, but if you have any requests, I will see what I can do.

make the players receive another flash after throwing one maybe?
