how i can create a steam - non steam server??? i have a non steam counter strike 1.6. have i to buy steam account? or i can do it with my cs?

You have a steam account but this forum doesn't support non-steam servers. If you want support, don't allow no-steam users to play in it.

Do not ask questions, ask for support, or ask how to use non-steam servers.

Also, just FYI, you don't need to have CS1.6 in order to run a cs server. You could make a server even if you don't own counter strike. You just wouldn't be able to play in it.
