[CS:GO] Plugin to remove knife to a specific player

I have a troll who constantly plays only knife and doesn't help his mates.
Rather than banning him, I'd like to write a plugin that removes his knife at the beginning of each round, and prevents him from picking any from the ground (not necessary, as I don't have many players dropping knives, but just in case).
Would this be easy to make?
Something that reads his STEAM ID and removes the knife. Period.
Or maybe with a CFG to set what weapons to give/remove every round. (he might start playing zeus only)

An alternative could be, to force him to use pistols/rifles, with no ability to equip a knife or a zeus and use them.
