k_shutdown 010 that will make it shut down at 010 am. please note i did not write this, i just edited a couple of lines

Just another idea - like I realized this at the moment.
Using the "Server crontab" plugin and config it like this:

00:00 -> say "Server is restarting soon (5 minutes left..."
00:03 -> say "Server is restarting soon (2 minutes left)..."
00:04 -> say "Server is rastarting soon (1 minute left)..."
00:05 -> rcon quit
