How can I set my voicerecord command to be recived just by a person?
Ex: If I talk on voicerecord and there are 32 player on the server, just one player can hear me.

You need to use FM_SetUserListening (I think that's what it's called) and prevent everybody else from hearing you. Search around for examples of using this particular method.
