Don't try to act smart when you added the link after my comment.
Your plugin uses #include <basebuilder> which is for Tirant's BaseBuilder mod.
If you try to use this for another BaseBuilder mod, e.g. this one or this one or literally any other mod that doesn't use that include file and functions, it won't work. So, no, this plugin is not "work for all base builder versions".

Why in the world would anyone pay money to open a menu that writes a chat message for the player instead of him writing it in chat manually for free?

Instead of doing a useless menu to request help, why not invent a way to prevent the problems you're requesting help for happening in the first place?

second is with glow and alarm sound for more attention and it cost money i put price on it because they can abuse/spam this!

i don't think its useless my opinion. thats players choise if they use this plugin or not and i don't think there is someone stupid who can't uderstand for which mod is this plguin

Just because you know of that BaseBuilder mod as the main one doesn't mean that all people default to it.

It's even faster to bind a button that sends the chat message right away and has no chance of failing like your plugin since it uses "client_cmd". If someone has additional protection in his game, the only thing this plugin will do for him is take his money and not send a chat message. It's not that hard to find an alternative for sending a chat message.

I'd rather push the microphone button and make an alarm sound myself than spend my money.

when many players text in chat maybe admins miss your text but they can't miss this alarm sound only text message is free and if server not send message alarm sound and glow still will work -_-
