- Added CVARs to change digits of a country.

suggestions:-
1.i think this plugin would help in one case to add private chat for group.
2.if you would add like this group has rank in /groupsrank or /grouptop, make awards for groups (active groups ,etc.)
3.i think if you would add the second suggestion its maybe better to use MySQL database.
4.add .ini file for awards.
5.make groups.ini so here will appear each group with its members so owner can easily remove some players.
6.i think for who doesnt like colored msgs to add another ini file for the datalang their you can add uncolored msgs and to add in menu /whatscolor so here you can see 1item (color) On,Off.
7.i think you should add .cfg file for the countrys digits so and kid who will try to play with digits he cant because their is start for each country number.
7.get ip is more secure than steam id because steam id may change by steam id changer ,etc.
8.i think its enough if you add this im gonna try it.

But,

AMXX won't link with Whatsapp Application.

Do you mean to add group names? I didn't got it clearly.

There are IP Changers too. Anyway, make your server STEAM ONLY and this problem will be solved.

Most of these suggestions are not related with the actual concept of plugin .. this plugin is just meant for people to provide their numbers if they want to join the wahtsapp group, not a chat box

And steamid is the best and safest thing as IP gets changed but steamid doesnt and you should always prefer steamid over ip acc to the ingame standards
