Yes.

client_cmd(id, "weapon_knife")
This line switchs you to knife. It is found on line 98 & line 190.
Remove those two lines and try again and tell me what happens.

I made a search and I found that :

cs
weapon_knife

dod
weapon_amerknife
weapon_gerknife
weapon_spade

tfc
tf_weapon_axe
tf_weapon_knife
tf_weapon_medikit
tf_weapon_spanner

So I can make a if statement for these mods and for all the others, I can do set_user_hitzones(id, 0, 0).
If somebody wants this plugin for another mod, give me the name of the mod and the name of the less lethal weapon (or a hand-to-hand weapon)

Would it be possible to leave a puddle around/under the body ?

PS you may want to remove the screenshot in your second post

There must be more code than just the knife switch that causes problems then.
Unfortunatily I do not know alot about TFC, but I will look into it and see if I can find anything that looks like it might be causeing problems.

EDIT: after a very quick glance, my best suggestion would be to remove anything to do with hud_draw (although Im not sure that it will help, but worth a try)

Another problem could be registered events. If one of the events registered does not exist in TFC (such as: CurWeapon or ResetHUD) that could be causeing the bad load.

I removed a bunch of these things mentioned above, but I dont even have a compiler handy to see if it compiles proper or not
Give this script a try and see if it still gives a bad load.

(I have removed too much of the code for it to be terribly effective, so dont expect a working version.... just trying to find out what is causeing the bad load so it can be replaced)

Updated.
Try it on tfc and tell me if it works better. (There might be a problem with the events because I don't know which ones are not used by tfc, if any)

Very nice, this plugins shaping up quite nicely. Just a thought, but could you animate the puddle? So you see it expand from under the body.
