With this example in your server.cfg, these are the rates that will be used, no matter the client has in its autoexec or config.

I personally find it funny if people connect with a fake ping and expect not to get kicked from a high ping kicker.

Assuming this is for CSS please do NOT force rates to 67, that is a misunderstanding of how the engine works.

Rates should be 66 if you are going to force them for everyone.

Also, sv_mincmdrate doesn't affect ping-masking. Even if a server does force a client to use a cmdrate of at least 66 via cl_mincmdrate, they can still ping-mask with an extremely low or corrupted cl_cmdrate. Apparently sv_mincmdrate's limit isn't used in the scoreboard latency calculation.

As for forcing client rates to a flat 66 or 67, you may run into issues with players on crappy connections not being able to play on your server, especially in situations where two people play from the same house simultaneously. It's your prerogative, though.

i confirm even if you force cmdrate on your server they can still ping masking, but smac seeing to caught them, anyways there is mode to disable log for ping masking ? when i see my smac log almost 70% are ping masking kicks, and is hard to see real cheaters logs >.<.

Where to add antiping mask smac-cvars?
on server cfg?
