i download this and that loading successfuly in server BUT i dont know how to use that.how to ban a player with this plugin.
what is this means:
sm_iprangeban_add "127.0.0.0" "127.0.0.255"
sm_iprangeban_add "192.168.0.0" "192.168.255.255"

where is that menu?where i most choose a player to ban?
