How?
1. Download this file.
2. Copy plugin.gman to addons/amxmodx/plguins folder
3. addons/amxmodx/confing/plugins.ini
4. Then write at the bottom of plugin.ini:plugin_gman.amxx
5. Have fun

Commands:
amx_gman <playername>
