I have followed these steps exactly. Thank you for the suggestion, however, I still have no change.

Looking at my logs, I still get a bunch of these events:

TRCON: Trying to get rcon access (auth)

But no successful RCON connection. I'm at a complete loss as to what to do now, except perhaps a server reinstall, which I want to avoid as this is the ONLY issue we have and I've spent months working on it.
