why is "sourcemod-1.4.6-windows" in the directory path?

That's the path of where that file was when the plugin was compiled. I have no idea why SourceMod includes that.

Incidentally, that's the location of where I had SourceMod 1.4.6 when I compiled whatever version of FF2 that is.
