(Posting this here because I'm assuming it's a metamod problem, also I can't find a question section for SourceMod)
So, I was planning to make a Surf server, and to get it going, I had to install SourceMod and MetaMod.
I installed Metamod alone and it was fine, then I installed Sourcemod, but when I did meta list, it said no plugins were running or w/e. So I looked in the .rar, and found I hadn't put sourcemod.vdf in MetaMod, so I dragged it in, and when I went to restart the server via the CP (Dedicated server) it wouldn't restart. Now, it wont start, and if I try to stop it or restart it, it just loads forever and does absoloubtely nothing. Here's the error logs.
