These crashes appeared after update, now they happen at least once a hour.
It seems that they appear because of CS_RespawnPlayer function (it says in report)

This is a simple plugin which respawns (no matter if alive) and teleports 2 players to arena, where they do a knife fight* and the winner gets respawned immediately.
* - their weapons aren't removed, I just block DMG_BULLET while they are on arena.

I spent the whole time after cs:go update trying to fix it, but no luck so far. Please help me, I'm out of ideas what can be wrong with it.

Other notes : this only happens on my "casual" server with valve maps.
AWP server with exact same plugins, extensions and same VPS never crashes

Update : server was crashing because I modified configs in /csgo/addons/sourcemod/configs/weapons
Strange bug isn't it? Anyway, thanks to Kgns's hint.
