I've csgo server where i use PrintHintText, i've use the patch of franc1sco (https://github.com/Franc1sco/FixHintColorMessages), but now with this fix i can't edit the size do u've any idea to fix that ?

Nope, thanks to Valve. Maybe they will fix it in a future or maybe they will block the FixHintColorMessages plugin too, nobody know.
