Copy your sounds to tf/sound
Copy your sounds to tf/custom/somerandumbdir/sound

Er
My guess is the extension that reads mp3 info relies on the old hard path or something.

i did. problem still occurs.
Running sv_pure 0 (which loads whitelist_minimal).
Need fix for that, as plugin is not working :/

Have the same issue!

Client connects and loads the sounds. After you try to play the sound nothing happens. after 3 seconds it says : "Sorry, you dont have access to this sound" and in console it says:
"Failed to load sound "****\*****.wav", file probably missing from disk/repository
R"

Would be great if someone has an idea how to fix issue!

Regards

Thanks for the quick answer, but that didn't make the trick. I ran srcds as Admin, but no changes. Why i should move the folder?

When i want to play the sound the server sends the message i configured, so i think the plugin works well. But something with the rights is wrong. I run sv_pure 1 and placed "sound\misc\... any" into whitelist.

Thanks for help

tf/custom/sound would be incorrect, because then TF2 would look for tf/custom/sound/sound/

Do something like this

tf/custom/my_custom_content/sound/

my path is like this:
Code:
tf/custom/custom_sound/sound
but clients don't download any sounds :/
it used to work perfect for me & I never had any issues but atm I'm lost :c

edit: I will try this: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showpo...&postcount=986
edit2: its working!
