is there a ddos or dos crash protection that works ??

i have a server thats being crashing/lagging and i know it's a person thats doing it
they are not in the server when they do it
i dont know precise who's doing it

Maybe you have luck and you can stop it.

Or maybe the attacker is obsessed with crash the server in one form or another and you cant stop it,
in that case you must find a good company that can protect the server.


In Spain there are plenty of DDoS attacks that exceed the bandwidth, so there is nothing to do if the provider ignores when you say that block the attackers IPs in the Router, if so, you are lost. There will have to wait that the justice to do something

And you cant threaten them back? they are probably just little kiddies, that found a virus of a program some where and are using it to lag you, just put out a support ticket to your provider.

they are not lagging me but my server and only that server cus it's nr 2 in denmark and we have typed to our server provider and they have blocket that ip but they need the time and date to block it but the problem is the hacker/crasher is doing it again every day and many changing he's ip every 10 min or so

Aren't gamer's just the best? I'm really surprised anyone hosts games anymore because of how horrible the gaming community is in any game.

I am having a similar issue, I run a CSGO server with sourcemod/meta. Do you think the DOS protection addon you suggested might working for GO?
