Could you make a way to enable/disable this for a user (client side). I like the plugin but if a player doesn't like it there should be a way to disable it.

Check ingame console for errors, also I find the bug that player who first time downloading particles need to wait until next map to see it, so try restarting map and see if it working or not.

nope not working restarted server few time also and no errors
