Description: Environmental Tools allow a server administrator to control various world settings during runtime, and customize existing maps in ways that otherwise would not be possible.

    sm_envtools_enable (0/1, Default: 1)
    Enable/Disable the Environmental Tools.

    sm_envtools_skybox ("sky_borealis01")
Skybox name to use in place of the original. Set it to "" if you want to leave the skybox alone.

    sm_envtools_brightness ("a")
Toggle the brightness of the world (a-z)

    sm_envtools_fogdensity (0.0/1.0, Default: 0.6)
A value between 0 and 1 to toggle the density of the fog effects.
    sm_envtools_fogstart (0/8000, Default: 0)
Toggle how far away the fog starts.
    sm_envtools_fogend (0/8000), Default: 500)
Toggle how far away the fog ends.
    sm_envtools_fogcolor ("200 200 200")
RGB Color Value of the Fog, each value can be between 0 - 255.
    sm_envtools_zplane (0/8000, Default: 4000)
    Changes the Z Clipping Plane.

    Please Read:
The fog effects actually take place in realtime, meaning as they are changed, the client will see these changes. The lighting and skybox do change in realtime, but the client cannot see them if they are changed while they are connected. So changing these during a game will not be visible unless a client reconnects, or the map changes. Its best to find values and place them in a map specific config file so the clients will see the changes.

Its possible but would almost be rather silly. Just the fact that the convars have such a wide range of values, and the ones that dont have to be set in config file (to work to their full potential anyways) I think a menu for it would be somewhat of a stretch. I suppose I could do like 8 random colors, and so on, but it really wouldnt make much sense in the long run.

The skybox part works great. I spiced up some old maps that were laying around.

I couldn't get the fog part to work though. This map has no fog controller. In console it said it created one, but I couldn't see any fog effects. I literally tried every combination of every cvar. No dice. Anyone else experience this?

Heh wow this could be quite a cool plugin. You could have it change lighting and such dependent on the servers time. Clever idea!
