SMAC causing server crash since lastest TF2 update

Add "-debug" to the srcds_run command line to generate 
a debug.log to help with solving this problem

Currently I am running 3 TF2 servers, everything works perfect on my MvM server.

However, since the lastest TF2 update, smac start causing crash on my CTF and PL servers on server startup. After I test SMAC plugins one by one, I found out not all SMAC plugin will cause this problem but some will.

SMAC plugins that WORKS fine:
smac.smx
smac_client.smx
smac_commands.smx
smac_cvars.smx
smac_eac_banlist.smx
smac_esea_banlist.smx
smac_kac_banlist.smx
smac_rcon.smx

SMAC plugins that CAUSING PROBLEM:
smac_aimbot.smx
smac_autotrigger.smx
smac_eyetest.smx
smac_speedhack.smx

Other non-SM-built-in plugins running on my server:
Steambans, HLXCE, Sourcebans.
