This problem is not caused by the webpanel. The names are saved in the DB this way.
Asking me to solve this problem is like trying to restore something thats not there

I decided the problem.
To do this, put all the tables in the database encoding utf8_general_ci





or before importing store.sql
change it: CHARSET=utf8
