try going to Extras > Preferences > Compilers
and under sourcemod choose the compiler exe for it. like for "SourcePawn (default)" the compiler would be spcomp.exe under the scripting directory of your sourcemod installation.

maybe you need the includes that you included? e.g. #include <sourcemod>
or just use this I guess
