What are you defining as "first call"? Also, what is wrong about those images?

What did you do to debug what is actually happening in your code? Write some of the values that you're using into a file to see what kind of values you're actually getting. That should help figure out what exactly is happening.

One thing that I notice is that you're using the value from GetEntMover(ent) and GetLastMover(ent) before you even check if they are valid which is probably causing error is they ever return zero.

You're also trying to format "pev(ent, pev_team)" into a string that has no format specifiers.
