I'm requesting a plugin that could change console nickname ingame when sending messages to client's using it.

You're a developer, why not just hook the SayText or SayText2 UserMessages and rewrite them when they come from client 0?

Even easier, RegServerCmd say2 and have it print whatever you want to everyone.
