Game: Zombie Panic Source

Issue:
Once installing Source Mod, the server will run a map vote with the in-game map chooser system, but when the time comes to switch maps, SM changes the next map to something seemingly random. I have disabled several RTV, Mapchooser and other plugins inside of the SM folders but the issue still persists.

Other issues involving mute and so on happen as well, such as !mute @all working, but not !unmute @all- nobody gets unmuted and you have to unmute one by one.

Extra Info:
The game went through some updates between 12/2017 and mid 2018- and I reached out to someone then who was with SM, and I recall them saying they were unaware ZPS had been updated and I think they pushed something to me locally at the time that helped with some issues we had. Someone in the Discord mentioned changing values in the game-data or something.. I'm not too sure what that entails though.
I would like SM to run so I can use funcommands and a few additional plugins- but my team seems to think it's not worth it due to the issues and extra workload on the server SM brings.

I know bumping is probably frowned upon but I completely changed the thread to better focus on the issue, would really appreciate some feedback
