Here's a version that bans. Ban message and length are all configurable, default is permenant.

Isn't it possible if the client is falling while 'spooled' that it will trigger the same result?

Possibly, but I'm not aware of any situation that would happen under normal play. Moreover, it's easier to unban than to monitor every single player.

If you don't want to risk potentially banning the wrong people, just use the one the thread poster made.

Theres already players protesting sourcebans perm bans from this... lul....

That's because the conditions aren't good for it. I had a player just complain that their speed was all screwed up until they revved their minigun again.

The plugin doesn't check that its the minigun being MOUSE2'd, so punching with the gloves or fists during the 2nd second after spawning can trigger it too. For that matter, if you happen to be holding down mouse two after spawning at the 2nd second it'll trip.
