This is ridiculously misleading, the only thing broken about this update is that Valve released a broken (old or from a different branch) srcds_linux that's looking for the old filenames.

The correct fix is to roll it back to an old version, and has nothing to do with SourceMod or any 3rd party plugins - a clean download alone doesn't run without modification.

I'm trashing this thread as it masquarades itself as an authoritative solution, there is already one with users working towards workarounds for it.
