I Need New Account For players

VIP -They are not admins but can use some of there flags
1) Can Change map
2) Admin Chat
3) Reserved Slots
4) Can Kick and Ban someone
5) /vip-to see vip online
I checked all the vip plugins but they are not worth it
This is my second post Im sure somebody will help me
