As the error states, the "name" of a function can't exceed 31 characters in amxx 1.8.2
Replace all Weapon_SecondaryAttack_m4a1_Post with any name you desire capped at 31 characters, for example WeaponM4A1_SecondaryAttackPost

That's not an error, it's a warning and doesn't bother the plugin or compilation in any way.
The real error is above that line and I already posted the solution, twice.
