Hello guys i am new to source mod but old in amxx. I need this following helps

1. how to compile plugin compiler link.
2. need a text editor for sourcemod.
3. where can i will get all API link.

2. I personally recommend Sublime Text 3 with either C++ syntax highlighting or 404UNF's custom SourcePawn syntax highlighting: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=307577
