if client choose Auto mod So client print message is "You are On Auto choose mod"
If client say /guns so disable Auto mod client print message is "You are now guns mod"

This is quite a big and specific plugin. I suggest you to either start coding it on your own and ask for help with certain parts of the plugin instead of the whole actual plugin.

Or contact a developer that are willing to code it and pay for their time.
