This plugin was made some time ago to block Skewer taunt I believe but now people just using the compound bow as it seems to still allow taunt. I have used tNoUnlocksPls to block all 3 (huntsman -/+ festive plus compound) but now any "freaks" who get huntsman on rage get sniper instead. Sooooo I am looking for this *untsman plugin/source but GOOGLE is not my friend so far

Tell me if this works for you.

The old one simply used the def index.

This one checks the actual weapon classname, therefore, futureproofing any Huntsman reskins. Hell, it can even be used outside of VSH and FF2.
