Crash error

When my Zombie Plague server gets about full and changes the map, I get this error:

Code:

FATAL ERROR (shutting down): New message started when msg '76' has not been sent yet

Does anyone know how to correct this?

What is "custom"? Yeah, I changed some small things inside the actual ZP plugin, but there weren't major. Just things like modification to hud messages and etc.

One message start (for example: message_begin( MSG_ONE, message_index, _, player_index )), and the (message_end( )) isn't executed...
Probably one plugin with 'screenfade' effects, or 'screenshake' crash your server...
