this is my work from ages ago so please dont complain if there are a few bugs

this is a complete rebuild from the original krim's version and adding features may cause bugs
there are a while wide range of features in this mod and setting it up will talke a while.
i no longer code this mod but i was hoping people can use this work to make there own mods and plugins.

i will write a full manual of its features and how to set it up when i've got a bit more spare time.

I don't find it impressive, it's more like "gl managing a 40k file".
