Let's say there 5 terrors and 6 ct, scoreboard shows it as 6 terrors and 5 cts on scoreboard. - Also sometimes when you join, you can even see the scoreboard. And the players are in spec in some sort of way. help

You can get this without any plugins running. Don't know the cause.

Sounds like HLTV to me (when connected or viewing HLTV demos). It does that all to often.
