How can I ensure server is unsecured every time it restart? Sometimes when the server restarts after crash, its secured and only 1 player can join.

In versus mode, when 8 players have joined the game, I cant join the game via steam group server(game is full). But in hlsw it says 8/16.
BTW I can connect via ip in console.

I'm not sure what this means. Maybe you have l4d_maxplayers set to 1 in your server.cfg? There's no "securing" the server with left 4 downtown :/
