Hi alliedmodders is there any different way or any plugin which ban players not from IP or steam because when i ban them in Ip they restart modem and connect again.

U can try ban them on cfg ;)
NoNSteam player has steam_LAN or like that so u can't ban them on steam_id but wait for expert's

And non-steam is not supported here, so either you ban them by SteamID, or you don't get help here.
