Unfortunately there seems to be some sort of limit. If you look at the code, it sets sv_maxspeed to 999999 and all other values will be set to whatever you want to. But in reality it doesn't go any faster than 2000.

ok how about with the swooping. it doesnt like to hit people when i am just walking or normal flying at people. u have to be dead on instead of near dead on
