From my experience comcast/twc has given people really shitty upload.

I do know its a really fast host and such but their f'ing monopoly makes the product a lot shittier than it should be.

See what you can do with stuff just laying around?
Make sure you don't install anything else other than the operating system and a virus program. If you leave it at that then you won't have any lag (processes running in the background)
